Our offer on the house was ACCEPTED! We start the loan process on Monday when (hopefully) Theron is home. Holy crap, that's exciting! (and nerve wracking at the same time). =] If all goes according to the papers we have drawn up at the moment then the new house is ours as of August 25th! Yeehaw!
